Company will provide for election of committee positions as follows:

· Vice President
· Finance Manager

Nomination and election:
Nominees must be members of SLAMS
Nominees must be proposed and seconded by other SLAMS members and the nominee must agree to his/her nomination
Proxy voting:
Provision is made in the Rules. The form attached must be used
Elections:
In the event of multiple nominations for positions, separate elections will be held for each position.
Committee commitment:
The continued success of the Company depends upon a strong and energetic committee. If you think you might be interested and would like more information before committing please talk to an existing committee member. Volunteers “ex officio” supporting the main committee in specific roles short or long term are also always welcome. If you have an interest in any specific area please talk to a committee member.
